Our two holiday homes are located near the customs path which borders the Atlantic Ocean, you will see beautiful coves with beautiful sandy beaches, in the distance you will see the lighthouse of Cordouan.

Holiday house, located at 17 rue du Mistral in Vaux-sur-Mer in the department of Charente-Maritime (furnished 4 stars tourism) with an area of 70 m² (83 yd²), 3 bedrooms, for 2 to 6 personns, quiet with green spaces, tranquility assured, 350 meters (0.217 mile) from the sea, beach and coastal path, 100 meters (0.062 mile) from shops and 2 kilometers (1.242 mile) from Royan, casino and thalasso.

Price of the holiday rental : from 320 € to 890 € the week (duration bonus : -3% for 2 weeks, -6% for 3 weeks, -9% for 4 weeks), french holiday checks accepted. Free Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, french and foreign TV channels on big screen.
